During his tenure at Send Word Now, Mr. Delaney has led both the Product Management & Service Operations teams. In this new role, he will be responsible for developing partnerships with services and solutions providers in order to generate greater value to the alerting and response marketplace. At the same time, he will look to increase the opportunities for distribution of SWN's services.

Mr. Delaney has spent his career in the telecommunications industry at pioneering firms such as Telesciences, Comverse, ITXC and BusinessEdge Solutions. He holds a BA in Mathematics from The Pennsylvania State University and has received his MBA.
