Mr. Sher has played a part in the company's sales, business development and marketing strategies. He has played an integral role in driving industry standards within the emergency notification services sector.

Before Send Word Now, Mr. Sher operated consulting company Parlay Advisors. The New York City-based company assisted technology companies develop sales plans and business development strategies.

Prior to Parlay Advisors, Mr. Sher was Vice President of Business Development for Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX) which he took to IPO. At iPIX, Mr. Sher helped grow sales to $20 million and took the company to its Initial Public Offering.

At iPIX, Mr. Sher managed a national sales force of 40, established the product as an industry standard, and helped create a national brand. He has consistently accelerated the growth of early-stage software companies through successful direct sales to large brand-name enterprise clients, and by establishing partnerships with the most desirable distributors in the market (i.e. IBM, Microsoft, AOL).

Mr. Sher received a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, from Elon College.
