Send Word Now Announces Board Member Brian Maloney

Joins SWN Team From Perot Systems, AT&T

New York, NY (February 15, 2006) - Send Word Now, a leading emergency notification and incident management service company based in New York City, has named Brian Maloney to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Maloney brings more than 25 years of communications experience to Send Word Now. Currently an independent consultant, Mr. Maloney most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of Perot Systems. He joined Perot from AT&T, where he was President and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Solutions, the networking professional services and outsourcing arm of AT&T.

Mr. Maloney serves as a director of Globecomm Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM), where he is the chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. He also is a director of VisionTEK, a privately held information technology company; advisor to Mahindra-British Telecom, an India-based software development firm; and an advisor to Aregea, Inc., an outsourcing advisory firm.

In addition, Mr. Maloney is the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Thomas Edison State College Foundation in New Jersey and a director of The Boy Scouts of America - Greater New York Council.

During his tenure at Perot Systems, Mr. Maloney was responsible for the company's market-facing activities, including its major vertical industry concentrations: financial services, healthcare, industrial services and strategic markets. In addition, he directly supervised Perot's subsidiary companies in consulting, government services and India-based software development and maintenance.

Mr. Maloney joined Perot Systems after 24 years with AT&T, where he served as Senior Vice President of AT&T, and President and CEO of AT&T Solutions. He joined AT&T in 1978 as part of an accelerated management development program. During his tenure, he had a diverse set of assignments across the entire AT&T enterprise, including local and long distance telephony, information technology, manufacturing, computing, data networking, mergers and acquisitions, finance, human resources and international.

Mr. Maloney received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Hunter College and a Master of Arts degree in English from Columbia University. Mr. Maloney resides in Flemington, New Jersey, with his wife, Helen, and his three children, Kristen, Brian and Katherine.
