Send Word Now Expands Management Team as Company's Growth Accelerates

New York, NY, February 14, 2008.  Send Word Now™, the leading provider of on-demand alerting and response services, today announced three new members of its management team, as well as two executive promotions. As Send Word Now's growth continues to accelerate, the company is expanding and strengthening its management team with support in service operations, a dedicated resource to support National Accounts, and a new General Counsel.

The new hires include: Alissa Kaplan, Senior Vice President & General Counsel; Philip Palmroth, Vice President, Service Operations; and Danielle Putis, Director of National Accounts. Additionally, Dan Napolitano has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Services, and Mark Delaney has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. A brief summary of each of the executives' responsibilities and experience follows:

Alissa Kaplan, Senior Vice President & General Counsel

In her role at Send Word Now, Ms. Kaplan has primary responsibility for the company's legal functions. Previously, Ms. Kaplan served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for 24/7 Real Media, Inc., a digital marketing company. Ms. Kaplan was also employed as an Associate at the law firm of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, where she worked in the corporate department and specialized in domestic and international capital markets transactions. Ms. Kaplan received a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, magna cum laude. She is a member of the New York bar.

Philip Palmroth, Vice President, Service Operations

Mr. Palmroth's experience with high transaction environments will help Send Word Now continue to grow and evolve its infrastructure ensuring it can stay ahead of the demands of customers. As a long-time technologist, he brings over 15 years of IT experience to his role. In his previous position as Director of Network Engineering and Operations at Barnes&Noble.com he focused on building infrastructure with a proven track record of high availability.

Danielle Putis, Director of National Accounts

Ms. Putis brings to the company over 10 years' experience in the software and web-based services industries, with a strong emphasis in Client Relations and Sales. Her focus at Send Word Now is to cultivate strategic partnerships and strengthen loyalty within the customer base to identify demonstrated needs in the marketplace and provide the best possible client experience. Prior to joining Send Word Now, she was the Manager of National Accounts at Sterling Testing Systems Inc., a pre-employment background screening company. She also spent six years with MicroEdge, Inc., a division of Advent Software. Ms Putis received a BA in Communication from Stonehill College.

Dan Napolitano, Senior Vice President, Client Services

Mr. Napolitano oversees all client services for Send Word Now, including pre- and post-sales support. Under his leadership, customer loyalty has exceeded 95%. Prior to Send Word Now, Mr. Napolitano's early accomplishments included profitably transforming Competitive Computer Systems into a professional networking solutions firm. He also spent three years as National Manager for the digital publishing division at PSI, a vertical leader in imaging solutions. Mr. Napolitano graduated with high honors from Colgate University, earning a BA and an MA in English Language and Literature.

Mark Delaney, Vice President of Business Development

During his tenure at Send Word Now, Mr. Delaney has led both the Product Management & Service Operations teams. In this new role, he will be responsible for developing partnerships with services and solutions providers in order to generate greater value to the alerting and response marketplace. At the same time, he will look to increase the opportunities for distribution of SWN's services. Mr. Delaney has spent his career in the telecommunications industry at pioneering firms such as Telesciences, Comverse, ITXC and BusinessEdge Solutions. He holds a BA in Mathematics from The Pennsylvania State University and has received his MBA.
