Ms. Wu joined Send Word Now as the Chief Financial Officer in April 2008. In her role, she is responsible for the financial operations of the Company.

Before joining Send Word Now, Ms. Wu held various positions in the finance department of 24/7 Real Media, a digital marketing company, for approximately six years. Prior to joining 24/7 Real Media, Ms. Wu was a senior associate at the public accounting firm of KPMG, where she was involved in the financial statement audits of various companies in the information, entertainment and communications sectors.

Ms. Wu holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a CPA in the State of New York.
