Can recipients keep their information current for me?

Yes. Send Word Now offers a Recipient Self-Update feature that allows your recipients to submit you updates to their contact information securely via the Web. All changes are subject to your approval.


How can I keep recipient information current?

Send Word Now accepts data updates via:

  • Convenient hand entry on the Web
  • Flat-file (Excel/CSV) export submitted to Customer Support
  • Flat-file (Excel/CSV) export uploaded via the Web
  • Flat-file (Excel/CSV) export uploaded via a special MS Excel plug-in
  • The Recipient Self-Update feature (see "Can recipients keep their information current for me?")
  • Web services (API)
  • Contact list uploads from Send Word Now Palm Treo™ client for 600, 650 & 700P smartphones


How do I see all my groups (contact lists)?

When you first log into the service, the My Account page appears. Near the bottom of this page is a table listing all your groups (contact lists). Note that you can examine each group, modify it, or delete it if you no longer require it.


How many contacts can I have in my Send Word Now account?

Unlimited. The number you have is determined by your subscription level.


What is the maximum number of groups (contact lists) I can have?

Unlimited.


What is the maximum number of recipients for each message?

You can send to any or all of your contacts at the same time.


What is the maximum number of contact points per recipient?

Presently, Send Word Now allows you to contact each message recipient at ten (10) total contact points: five (5) voice (phone)-based and five (5) text-based addresses.
