After I send a message, how quickly will recipients receive my message?

Text/e-mail messages are distributed immediately. Phone calls are typically received starting within seconds. Most messages are completely delivered within minutes.

Can message recipients respond to my message?

Yes. You can use the Get Word Back polling and response feature to specify up to five responses from which your message recipients can choose. To do so, check the Get Word Back checkbox at the time you compose your message. Recipients will then be offered a choice of the responses you designate over the phone and by e-mail.

Can I respond to a voice call?

Yes, responses can be tracked by the sender (if the optional tracking feature is enabled).

Does Get Word Back (response options) work with cell text or pagers?

Get Word Back (response options) works for free with voice calls and e-mail; it works via SMS (two-way global text messaging) for a fee. If a two-way pager or mobile phone receives a message via SMS, it will be able to respond using Get Word Back. Otherwise, it will not.

Can Send Word Now leave messages on an answering machine?

Yes. We leave complete messages on answering machines.
