You will receive a separate monthly statement from Send Word Now detailing any call minutes overages, international calls, excess conference call minutes, or other special services (such as international SMS or Blackberry PIN messaging). Such usage-based fees are separate from (over and above) your basic subscription fee.
Yes. If your usage will exceed your service level, you can upgrade your agreement at a pro-rated amount that also reflects any new volume discounts for which you qualify.
SWN accepts corporate credit cards and corporate checks. Where appropriate, SWN extends net payment terms.
Although service fees are subject to change, rates are honored throughout the life of each subscription contract. Your rates can only go down during any given agreement (for instance, international dialing rates), not up.
It's like a cell phone plan. If you go over the allocation, you simply pay the additional overage, which is billed separately and monthly if needed.
