Scope of Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all registration orders for the Send Word Now Global Alert Conference 2011 (“Event”) being held by SWN Communications Inc. (“SWN”). These are the only terms and conditions that apply to the Event. No deviation from these general terms and conditions is valid unless confirmed in writing by SWN.

Payment Policy

The price for registration is indicated on the Event website. The relevant prices and any applicable discounts are the ones shown at the time of ordering. Registrations without payment will not be processed. Registration discounts may not be combined.

Substitution Policy

If you registered but are unable to attend the Event, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send notification of your change via email to userconference@sendwordnow.com no later than 2 PM Eastern Time on September 15, 2011. Please be sure to include the new attendee's name and contact information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made in writing to SWN at userconference@sendwordnow.com. Amounts to be refunded (if any) will be at SWN’s sole discretion. There are no refunds for cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the Event or for attendees who are unable to attend the Event.

Contractual Commitment

Clicking on the button marked “Submit Order” sends the order form. In placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions as binding.

Privacy

Our corporate privacy policy (http://www.sendwordnow.com/Company/PrivacyStatement) governs the Event and any information submitted on the Event website.

Copyright Policy – IP Protection

The contents and design of website for the Event, and all materials distributed in conjunction with the Event, are copyright of SWN. All rights are reserved. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trade marks or other trade names appearing on the Event website without written permission from SWN.

Miscellaneous

If any term or provision of these Event terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the remainder of the terms shall not be affected thereby. SWN reserves the right to amend or update these Event terms and conditions and will post any amendments or updates on the Event website. The law of the State of New York applies exclusively and it is agreed that the courts of the State of New York have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising hereunder.
